There are two ways to disable plugin, one is required using FTP or file manager provided by your hosting or other require you to use phpMyAdmin to disable via the database.

Deactivate all WordPress Plugins via FTP/File Manager

In this folder, you will see the Plugin folder and rename it to deactivate all plugins. For example, you can rename it from plugin to “plugin_disable” or any other name as you like. You use this method those times when you are unable to login your admin panel. Now if the problem with your plugin, it will be resolved and you login your wp-admin. After successful login, go to your wp-content/ directory and rename “plugin_disable” to the plugin. Now activate all your plugin one by one and you will find which plugin creating the problem with your site.

Deactivate all plugins via phpMyAdmin

Deactivate all plugins using your PHPMyAdmin is difficult as compared to the above-mentioned method. Before you use this method, make sure you have taken a complete backup of your WordPress database. If you do not familiar with PHPMyAdmin, it is recommended to use a file manager or FTP to disable all plugins.
In this method, go to your WordPress database and find the name “active_plugins”. Now edit its values and change it with this value a:0:{}
